A Christmas Carol

I read "A Christmas Carol", Helbling Readers, level three book.
It was written by Charles Dickens.

"Scrooge was a cold, greedy, mean old man! The cold within him froze his old face. It made his eyes red and his lips blue. And it spoke out in his unkind voice."

Scrooge is very unkind person, who didn't celebrate his nephew's marriage and didn't give money for poor people, and make fun of Christmas, so he didn't have any friends and he was pleased with them.
Suddenly the day before Christmas day, he saw Marley's face instead of the knocker. Marley told him that if he doesn't change his bad attitude toward people, he will come to the end of miserable fate. And he also told him that three ghost will show Scrooge his past and present and future. These were all related to him, and the things which he didn't want to face. Will he be able to mend his mind?
